This policy applies to the MVTJ Designs website. It does not automatically apply to independent websites or services linked from this site, which have their own privacy practices.

This website does not currently provide an inquiry form. If you contact MVTJ Designs by email or WhatsApp, the information you choose to include may contain your name, contact details and project information or questions. If you schedule a call using Calendly, you provide the scheduling details requested by that service. MVTJ Designs does not control what fields those independent services request or how they process information.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your inquiry.

3. Information Collected Automatically

The website does not intentionally use advertising trackers or an analytics service. The hosting provider that delivers and protects the website may process ordinary technical request information, such as an IP address, browser or device details, requested pages and resources, referring page and approximate request time, in server or security logs.

Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts. The Cloudwards page also requests a video thumbnail from YouTube; its video player is loaded from YouTube when you choose to play it. Those providers may receive technical information needed to deliver the requested resource.

4. How Information Is Used

Information that you choose to provide may be used to respond to your questions, understand a proposed project, discuss services or estimates, and arrange a call you request. Technical information may be used to deliver and secure the site, diagnose issues, prevent abuse, keep appropriate business records, meet legal obligations and protect MVTJ Designs’ rights.

This website does not offer an email marketing sign-up.

• A successor in a business restructuring or transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Independent services have their own privacy policies and practices. MVTJ Designs does not control them.

The website code reviewed for this policy does not set first-party analytics or advertising cookies, and no analytics or advertising tracker is intentionally installed. The site does not currently show a cookie-consent banner. Hosting infrastructure or third-party resources and services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own practices, particularly when you visit or interact with those services. The YouTube player is requested only after you activate the video, although its thumbnail is requested when the Cloudwards page loads.
