What was your first impression of the finished website?

Honestly, we were blown away. Max absolutely nailed it. The website looked incredibly professional, polished and aligned with what we had envisioned for Create Elevate. It exceeded our expectations, and you could immediately see the thought, creativity and attention to detail that had gone into it.

How well do you feel the website represents Create Elevate and your vision?

100%. Max completely understood our vision from the outset and translated it into a website that genuinely reflects who we are, what we stand for and the experience we want to create for our clients. It captures the essence of our brand perfectly, and I couldn't have asked for a better representation of Create Elevate.

What do you like most about the design and functionality?

I love how professional, clean and cohesive everything feels. The design is visually impressive while still being functional, intuitive and easy to navigate. Every element feels considered and purposeful, and the overall result gives the business the strong, credible online presence we wanted. It's clear that Max cares about the finer details and the end result, not just ticking boxes.

How would you describe your overall experience working with me?

Exceptional from start to finish. Max was professional, proactive, approachable and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process, delivered on time and within budget, and made the whole experience feel seamless. Finding someone who takes that much pride in their work and is so committed to getting things right is rare.

How well did I communicate, respond to feedback, and handle revisions?

Brilliantly. Communication was clear, consistent and professional throughout. Max was incredibly receptive to feedback and never made us feel that any amendment was too much trouble. He listened, understood what we were trying to achieve and made changes without hesitation. His willingness to refine the details until everything was right made a huge difference to the final result.

Is there anything I could have done better?

Honestly, I genuinely can't think of anything. The entire process was smooth, well managed and delivered to an exceptionally high standard. Max was proactive, anticipated what was needed and went above and beyond without us having to ask. I couldn't fault the experience.

Would you recommend MVTJ Designs to another business? Why or why not?

Absolutely, without hesitation. We would highly recommend Max and MVTJ Designs to any business looking for a professional, high-quality website and a developer who genuinely cares about the outcome. From understanding the brief and capturing the vision to communication, attention to detail and delivery, he exceeded expectations at every stage. He delivered exactly what we wanted, on time and within budget, and then went the extra mile. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.
